I bought a battery programmer and I'm able to unlock my locked up batteries. But it cost around $400

Wow

Now that you can unlock the batteries, would you be kind enough to try the procedure to disconnect the BMS board from battery, replacing them and see if there is a sequence to not block it ?

I have been getting updates on battery. I have 6 Batteries and only once been asked for an update. Make sure your Drone and GoFly are up to date.
I sometimes " Idle" by drone for a few minutes on WiFi so any updates catch. If Idle for 10 min and no updates hit, you are good.
