Mavic Mini Gen 5 and DJI Fly

I hooked up a iPad Mini G5 to my Air 2 controller. Clearly there is a bigger camera view, but aircraft status info is about the same in size as my iPhone X. I was hoping that the little teeny tiny icons would be bigger. I guess not. Would this be the same for full size iPad's and Android tablets as well? I assume the answer to be "Yes".

I will use my iPad because it is fairly light and it doesn't have cellular so I don't need to worry about putting it into airplane mode. Any other positives to using an iPad I am not thinking of ?

On a 10in Ipad the characters at the top of the DJI Camera camera view screen are bigger than on the Ipad Mini

The think the fly app certainly needs a bit of help. Maybe everyone that uses it will get an early Christmas present from DJI and find some modifications hiding under a tree?
