Mavic Mini Improved Case?

DJI didn't design the case to cause any damage to props, or batteries, or remote; it just requires the owner to use some thought and care. But to your question, please use the forum search function and you'll find several examples.

I had a rear prop failure during a flight last week.

On inspection, even using my magnifier on my phone, i could see no damage.

Props were replaced, and all ok now.

How common is this problem, as i may need to purchase more props now in advance
of future failures.

From what I understand, the prop damage is a flattening, causing less lift and likely higher RPMs to maintain lift, eventually causing the alert. I don’t know if this alert is triggered by the difference between the front RPMs and the rear or if the rear simply hits a limit. Either way, it’s not good.
