Mavic Mini Losing Quality in Post

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to be asking this (if not feel free to roast me and please direct me to the right one lol), but I'm having some issues with the quality of my mavic mini footage in premiere pro. I would like to change the aspect ratio of my 2.7k mavic mini footage for a more cinematic effect in premiere but when doing so, I am losing alot of quality when exporting, it kind of looks really bad compared to the original footage. I am not upscaling the footage, if anything I am downscaling it to 2048 x 858. I've messed around with export settings and birates and nothing seems to be working. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!
