Mavic mini Usb problem

When I connect the Mavic mini to my computer, "dji wm160 usb device" appears under the Mavic Mini Windows Device Manager Disc Drive. How can it appear as USB Serial (ComX) when I connect the Mavic mini. I need to do Gimbal Calibration.

Not sure why your connecting to a PC, a MM gimbal calibration is done through the DJI Fly app.

I am having the same issue, in some instances I see the USB Serial Com port very briefly, then the port disappears. I recently replaced my Gimbal and am unable to use the tools (Calibration in the app). I have the code to fix the misalignment of the Gimbal, but unable to keep the port open long enough to run the scripts. Any suggestions on how to get the USB Serial COM port to 'stick'?
