Mavic Not Connecting to iPad Go4 App By Way Of RC USB Port

Here I am again guys. I can connect with my iPhone 6 to the Mavic and Go4 App, but I am trying to connect my iPad Air 2 by way of the USB port on the controller and it will not connect. Anyone else been through this headache?

Ah ha, I just figured it out. Had to unplug the stock Lightning plug. Back down to Defcon 2 now.

I have the opposite problem. haha my ipad air 2 works fine but my iPhone 6 won't work

I tried disconnecting lightning connector and even using lightning connector to no avail. it worked for weeks fine.
