Mavic Pilot app not working

Hi Guys

So I am having some issues with the Pilot app on my Mavic 2 Enterprise. I cannot see the sync menu fully when trying to view my flight logs. The entire app looks like it doesn't appear correctly on my phone screen and some of the buttons are not showing up.

Picture attached. This is a screenshot of my screen when in the app. As you can see, I'm missing half the app!

What device are you using, some times there is an aspect ratio problem with certain apps ?

Have you got "display zoom" turned on


Unfortunately I suspect there is a compatibility issue with the older flight apps as I remember reading this.
 
On my Samsung, I can change screen resolutions. I noticed that I experienced similar behavior when I changed to 3200 x 1440 resolution. Can you change screen resolution?
 
Assuming there's no fix for this. Tried resetting all the zoon settings and still no fix.
And the DJI ticket I opened a year ago hasn't moved or updated
