Mavic Pro 1 Dummy Gimbal

Hi All,
I have a number of gimbals from the dummy Mavic Pro 1 the one in the display unites they had all over the stores.
It looks like a complete gimbal but when I connect to drone I get gimbal motor overload message.
The gimbal seems to move the correct way but then just shut downs and restarts.

Anyone had any experience in getting these to work?.

if its a dummy gimbal, it likely has no internal camera equipment

How difficult is it to transfer the internals to the "dummy gimbal?
