Mavic Pro 1 flight data

I have 2 Mavic Pros When I go to the flight history and battery history the data does not correspond to the Mavic connected
For example one drone has 7 hours and the other has 21 minutes but the data says 1 minute flight time
I am using 1dji account and 1 iPhone
Have had help from DJI support but are being sent in circles!!!!
Any ideas

Thanks again for your help. It is driving me nuts when I get the same info from both drones and all the batteries
