Mavic Pro controller problem?

I have tried calibrating my Joystick's using the DJI GO App numerous time. After l draw an uninterrupted line for both joystick's and return to center it shows my left joystick at 9% and my right joystick at 4%. I then run my left front wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right it never says finish? I can click on done and that's it. If I run the joystick around the outside of the box a few extra times the calibration times out?

How do you do a factory reset on the Mavic controller.

I would think one would have to rollback the upgraded firmware from the app..

You can rollback the Firmware on DJI Assistant 2.

As well as "restore to factory defaults", but I doubt that includes calibration.
