Mavic Pro gimbal camera left and right rotation.

Hey guys. Love the community and I have learned quite abit from you guys. I had a question to ask about my own mavic. Nothing came up from googling and my apologies if this had been posted before.
When you use a finger to rotate the camera left and right, 1) does it freely rotate to the right and left the same amount and 2) does it spring back to the original position?

Mine rotates to the left about 45 degs and right about 135 degs (camera facing me). The left side also kinda returns to the original position but the right side doesn't. Is this the same for you guys? Thanks in advance! =)

It rotates more one direction because it will use that rotation for portrait mode. You can watch it rotate with the Mavic turned on and put in and out of portrait mode. The other amounts of rotation are for the gimbal correction that keeps the camera horizon steady while the Mavic tilts left/right while in flight. It springs back to the original position when turned on.
