It's only one receiver that is capable for handling both GPS and GLONASS signals in parallel, maybe also the Chinese BeiDou signals and probably also GALILEO if available some day.

Excuse me for being a stickler but it's GNSS receivers that allow it to use both GPS and GLONASS (Which people mistakenly call dual gps)

I don't believe it does, just dual compass and dual imu

Pixhawk were trying to introduce dual GNSS receivers but it's still a bit flaky, DJI have it nailed with A3 I believe though
