Mavic Pro had no front props out of box

hi folks. Looking forward to visiting a lot. Sorry I have to start with an issue. Just got my Mavic Fly More this morning and while unfolding the legs I noticed that there were no props on the front. Is there a set hidden underneath it or something because I was running late and didn't thoroughly check. I did see two boxes with props as part of the combo. Is this a QC issue? I talked to DJI but the support person was difficult to understand and he kept saying that the combo comes with 3 pairs of props; the ones already on the back and 2 boxed pairs. That doesn't seem right. Thanks for any help.
