Being new at this every time I go out for a flight it tells me to calibrate compass, which i do. The next time we go out it tells me the same thing. Please help me figure out why this is happening.

Though that’s more of a problem trying to calibrate with one on!
Lots of other threads on this issue - don’t try and take off near your car or power lines.
Beware of any possible magnetic items nearby or in your case.
They can be hard to spot e.g. magnetic clasps on things.
In the app you can view the state of the two compasses, if it is the same one which is consistently out, it's likely a fault and you ought to be sending it back if almost new, although it's relatively simple to replace.
I fly from a few different locations. Most of them have the railroad nearby. Today I am going to go out and fly by my buddies flying field see if that makes any difference.
