Have you tried the "button" method, it's more direct between the RC and AC without the app as the middleman ?

Thanks for the video. I was able to get it in the binding mode that way, but still no success getting the two to connect.

Have you refreshed the firmware on the RC and the AC separately using DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.5
