That looks like a microUSB port, not HDMI. Probably the charge port. It is well documented that it does not have an HDMI port. even so, the photo is of the drone, not remote. The remote is where the HDMI port would be of most use.

You most definitely cannot charge the Mavic battery via that port. You can use it to transfer data to/from the Mavic though.

I actually havent seen that port in any other photos or videos I have seen, so I wonder if it is even on the bird. Anyone who has one, can you confirm?

Is there any easy way to transfer directly to an iPhone or iPad?

You could insert the memory card into something like the Apple Lightning adapter. I don't know of a cable that can be connected directly between the Mavic and an Apple device.

Cool. I was looking at different readers that interface the micro SD card directly to the iPad and there are plenty of them.

I could not find a cable that went from mUSB to lightning but that's not really a big deal as I'll be swapping the cards. Appreciate the help!
