if the metallic film that the wire is soldered to is still in tact then you could very carefully super glue the other side to affect a repair it is the length of the antenna that is important

i was referring to the actual bit where it has snapped that needs to be glued back together

Wouldn’t advise cutting costs on primary system components.
Secondary components I have no problem with
