If that is your video, you ought to consider talking to DJI about your mag interference errors. That's a sign of a potential hardware problem (noisy rear compass).

I have the exact results you show in your video with tests using the same model you show in the video. No change, no effect on signal strength at ~ 2000' away with no obstructions. Same signal strength with or without this range extender. The next test - I was going to replace the cheap looking metal film with actual copper stick on film that is thicker than the supplied surface. But as they come, don't buy. Note : I have done tests with a P3 and similar reflectors and they make a huge difference in range and susceptibility to interference.
