Anyone know where I can get some of the small black rubber bands that hold the gimbal?? One of mines broke and I hate to send it in for something that simple and they keep it 1 1/2 months !! Thanks in advance for any help.

I've never seen anyone advertising those for sale separately. If you cannot find them, you could buy a new gimbal vibration absorbing board (which includes those parts). You can find that part here on eBay for $16 shipped in the US or here on eBay if you're not in the US.
