Mavic Sells for $3050.00 on eBay

P.T. Barnum was right...or as the economists like to say: "whatever the market will bear".

It's all relative... If you make $500k a year then maybe $3000 to you is like $500 to the rest of us...

Anyone stupid enough to spend $3000 for a Mavic is more than likely going to crash their new toy due to their reckless behavior.

Exactly. For some people this is chump change. Heck , some people will think we're crazy for spending 1k on a drone lol.

Pretty general, narrow view of someone you don't know? Like Fireblade said, there would be plenty that will call us reckless for spending what we do on a drone that is pretty well untested

Well, if Casey Neistat bought it, the characterization pretty much fits! ;)
He already "lost" and never found his first Mavic, after flying behind a building, and losing signal!
Can't wait to see what he does with the second one!
It will make a great crash video, though, with well over 1 million views!
Good return on the $3,000!

And not give any F's about it either! It's all relative man! More power to the seller who just made some bank and I'm sure won't miss his Mavic. And he will still have 2k in the bank or to blow on accessories once the backorder subsides.

Any Mavic crash videos by the "crazy" buyer will also be major click bait on YouTube! Not that CN, himself, needs anything like that to boost his existing viewings! He's already making well over $100K a month, just off his YouTube Vlogs.
