mavic2 pro launch issues

Mavic Pro 2 wont launch. Smart controller links in systems workking, but motors wont start. DJI looked at it and said every thing checks out. Get error code 018, unknown problem. Any tips on what I might have missed.

Make sure you have the latest firmware which has remote ID. You must also download and install the latest version of GO4 directly from DJI. Go to the DJI website with the lighting browser in the smart controller, and locate the latest version of GO4. After the install, reboot the controller and give it a try. If you use Litchi, you'll also need to download the latest version of that as well.
