I wondered a bit why there is a black hole in the sky

Do You know that photoshop is superb also for editing panoramas in a native mode and replacing missing image data ( eg like your black sky)

What you can do also with older versions is editing panoramas with the normal Photoshop functions

Most important for the pano upload platforms, is that your pano is 2:1 size (width : height)

Normally your are more like 2,5:1
So you have to „extend the height to the top“ that you get exactly 2:1 with PS
The missing pixels is „just blue sky/clouds“.
Replace this with PS content aware (shift F5).
Next step is to „shift the picture horizontally“ (filter) by whatever percentage (eg 50). The areas with your „ content aware sky“ do not match there ..... correct this with copy brush or other PS tools.

Once you did that .... uploading to a pano website gives you a pano including the sky

There are some nice YouTube tutorials explaining this. Have a look
