Media offline

Hi, i made a few videos with my MP2 and now i can open it in da Vinci, showing the message Media Offline. The same files i can import it in Ligjtroom... the format is mp4. Could be due the size? Thanks

Path to the video is wrong. Maybe you loaded from SD card and have now removed it or have moved files to different directory ??

I have seen that before with H.265 files.

I reckon you're using a Windows 10 machine. If so, you need this Get HEVC Video Extensions from the Device Manufacturer - Microsoft Store en-GB

Hi, I have the same issue.
I already downloaded the HVEC extensions, but it keeps giving the same error.
