Dear members,

I just received my Micro SD card today, SanDisk 128 GB u3, top spec and bought from a reputable seller. I placed the card into my mini and took a few shots inside the house, just a few minutes and three videos.

Problem is when I put it into the adaptor and it goes to the tv/video app and asks if I want to import these videos. Nothing happens. Occasionally it pops up on a player, starts a couple of seconds and just FREEZES DEAD, nothing at all, sometimes the pc will say freeze or error, but no matter what the video doesn't play. I see the videos listed under a folder but when I open them it doesn't play.

I thought maybe the 2.7k might be too much for the files t play on the pc. Please assist, its really doing my box in now.

What happens if you move the files from the SD card onto your local hard drive?

I think I found the issue. The PC isn't powerful enough to run 2.7 or 4 k movies, hence the reason it freezes up. I reckon it`s being overloaded. The flight was recorded in 2.7k.

The PC may be able to handle it if you close all background programs especially if you are just importing large files. Then when you attempt to play them this is where the PC may get bogged down. So ...import...should work no problem...playing try to close all background programs. The problem may be your graphics card especially if you can import the large files. Not much you can do if your graphic card is not up to it.
