It does depend on the format but as a guide ...

1 minute of 1080p @30 fps uses around 130 meg while 1 minute of 4k will use around 375 meg.

I have a 64 gig card and that can record around 2.4 hoursof 4k video.

Some people prefer to fly one large SD card (Usually 64GB) so they don't have to worry about running out of space as quickly, while others prefer smaller 16 or 32 GB cards, as that is still more data than you can record on one battery, plus you can swap out the cards between battery changes. That way if something happens to your drone, you'll still have the footage from earlier
