Mini 2 360 pano - gimbal adjustments during shot

When taking a 360 pano on the mini 2, the drone makes 7-8 small gimbal adjustments before moving onto the next set of 3 vertical pictures.

Is this normal?

When taking a 360 pano on the mini 2, the drone makes 7-8 small gimbal adjustments before moving onto the next set of 3 vertical pictures.

Completely normal. The 360 pano consists of 26 shots, in three layers of 8 at every 45° of 360°, plus two more images shot vertically, straight down, at 90° to each other. Just be happy it's all automated for you and completed in less than a minute. If you had to do it manually, it would be a real PIA! Plus it stitches them all together for you, and even clones in a matching sky ceiling, because it can't take a picture straight up, because the camera only elevates to 20° above horizontal!
