mini 2 batteries 4 led flashing

I have 2 mini 2 batteries not charging and flashing with 4 led .I tried to charge one in the drone directly but no luck anyway to fix it?

When fully charged in the charger, the LED's should go out, however 4 LED's flashing should indicate they are near or fully charged already.. Unless I am missing something..

Install one in your Mini, assuming it's charged, power up and fire up the RC and Fly and check the battery status in the apps settings.

No, I have one battery doing the same (4 lights pulsing when trying to charge)
Has anyone found a way to kick these back to life?

I'm thinking maybe a dismantle and direct connection to LiPo charger ?
