Mini 2 Batteries not charging and status indicator not on

Hey Gang,

I am brand new to the drone world. Just received a Mini 2 yesterday. Opened the package and immediately placed the charging hub into the wall with the two batteries. No lights at all even after 4hrs. Kept the other battery in the ship and powdered it up to bind with the controller but the Status Indicator never lit up. I have created an account and downloaded the app but winding if I have missed huge step along the way? Thank you all for your time.

Just figured it out. It is the brick usb wall plug that is faulty. Just thought I'd share. things are charging now.
