Mini 2 batteries on a 5W charger?

Generally when I charge my mini two batteries in the fly more charging pack, are use a 18 W USB charger with the supplied cable. However, I am curious, what happens if I use a standard 5 W charger to charge the batteries in the pack? Will it just charge much slower, or will it do harm to the batteries somehow? I ask because I have a spare high capacity power bank that only delivers 5 W, and in some situations it might be handy to plug the batteries in to charge overnight when in remote places, but I don’t want to do that if that is going to cause the batteries to be degraded or harmed in anyway.

It will take 18/5 = 3.6 times as long which is just over 21 hours to charge all 3
