Mini 2 compass still not straight even after IMU and Compass replacement

Today I replaced the entire IMU compass module inside my drone

When I go to turn it on and calibrate the compass (haven't did the imu yet) the Compass still points slightly to the left or right then what the drone is actually facing.

If replacing a $79 won't fix this problem, what will?
(Update, I did the IMU and still, nothing...)

My Mavic 2 Pro typically has around a 10 to 20 degree error when comparing the real world orientation to the map display which comes from the compass reading. I believe this is quite common. I have not had any issues so far.
