Mini 2 Issues

Hi All,

Just unboxed the Mini 2 and charged it up.

Is anyone else having image transmission and battery latch issues?

No image transmission hooked to my iPhone 12 Mini. Takes photos and video...but, no imagery on the iPhone.

The battery latch does not want to stay closed.

Any feedback is welcome, thanks!

These are the first issues Uber read about with the Mini 2.
Is there any info in the Fly app? The first thing I’d try is uninstalling the app, then reinstalling it.

The battery latch is the weakest part of the drone, we utilize the Mini 2 Wet Suits to secure the lid , but im not sure what you mean by no imagery on the Iphone ?

Until you get the battery latch issue figured out I would not fly it.

Check in settings and see if you turned off cacheing video... Only videos will show up on your phone the photos have to be downloaded.... If it's the same as the mini 1....

I recall coming across a thread saying that the fly app is not yet compatible with iPhone 12 .....
