Mini 2 ND Filter Gimbal Stuck

Good day all,I have recently purchased the Mini 2 and also a set of Hensych ND filters,when I apply the ND filter I am receiving a Gimbal stuck error,when I remove the filter the error message clears.

Sounds like the ND filter is too heavy or it sticks out too far where gimbal hits the ground when it does its initialization dance.

Hi there, same problem with Freewell filters. Any of them, same behaviour. I read somewhere you had to keep a safe space between the metal clip and the top of the camera, but the filter clips off every time I try to loosen it.

Hmm, I've been using the Freewell filters on my Mini 2 w/o any issues.

I install from the bottom to the top and they slip right on. Remove the same way, just lifting a little at the bottom. I think a number of the videos I saw online show starting at the top with the clips.
