Mini 2 speed not maxing out

Mini 2 is often maxing out at about 24 mph. Display showing in Sport mode. Sometimes switching to Normal then back to Sport fixes problem and get speed of about 35 mph. Temp been about 90 and at 1000ft elevation. Is this common problem? Not sure if heat affecting performance.

No, it's not a common problem.
One possible solution ...
If you are launching in Sport Mode, the drone won't actually be in Sport Mode.
You need to set the flight mode after launching.

I get this often. I think it's due to powering down while still in sport on the remote.
