Mini 2 Zoom

Evening all. I've been trying to work out why the zoom on my Mini 2 won't go any higher than X3. I have had it on X4 lots of times. So what have I clicked on wrongly to make it like that?

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember reading that it depends on the resolution you are shooting in.......but I may be mistaken

Try 1080 and see if you can do 4X.

You only get 4X in video...not photos...but should be able to do it in 4K

Only 2 times in 4k , 3 times in 2.7k, 4 times in 1080
