I got the app for android only works on old phones even then its hit and miss i had a old a24 android 12 and it still wouldnt work

Try downloading a GPS spoofing app to trick the phone into thinking you're in a FCC location instead of a CE location. That should fix it!

It won't actually change RTH. However it would interfere with the dynamic home point.

That ceased to work ages ago, it's a phantom era hack.
