Any noticeable difference in the new 2x "Zoom" setting and the fully digital 2X zoom on the 1x with the digital zoom scroll wheel!

Cannot say at this time. Something to test on the next flight.

One reviewer saw a dramatic improvement. It's supposedly lossless. No compression, since it is still digital, but on a Mini with a 1” sensor, it's a major feat!

Trees just turning and everything looks autumnal but very beautiful. We are in Cannes S France on holiday and have just met some lovely Canadians from Edmonton. Just down the road from you. Very nice people. Glad you like your M5P. I am very tempted.
