It depends on whether it performs like the Mini or the Mini 2. The Mini 2 is pretty capable in the wind and the Mini SE definitely benefits from the upgraded props and Battery of the Mini 2.

New DJI Fly just dropped on iOS with support for the Mini SE.

App also shows the SE with the original mini 1 remote. Thought it came with the new design remote like the mini 2.
