Unbelievable I was having the same issue after upgrading and the guys of the online support couldn't help me to solve it, they asked to test with another phone and they finally told me that they will forward the case to R&D department and after I read this post the thing is so easy, how can DJI have so a poor support?Thanks, That was the problem.
