How was a wind?
I did try my MP on Pikes Peak in 2017, but weather and ranger made me to stop. Constant strong wind warnings. I was afraid of flying into strong current and being unable to return. At that time I did not know that there was no-drones sign posted. Possibly fairly new, because a ranger asked me politely to land and not use it there.

Wind was mild, maybe 10-15 mph.

I did Pikes Peak on March 2, if you climb it on a day the road is closed, there’s nobody to bother you
