MM Crash - Care refresh

Hi Guys,
Unfortunately my MM collided with a tree branch (my fault) and dropped onto my stone chips, the gimball has been scuffed and small damage to the bottom of the glass of the camera. I have the care refresh so what will I expect with the next steps and costs of repair?

Contact DJI. They will evaluate and send you a return postage label.

I am going through the process of filling out a repair on DJI and it says not to send the propellers with the drone, why is that?

The receiving address that is automatically populated is the Netherlands when filling out the form but I am in the UK, is this where it will be sent as the form also has a "new address" option that can be selected. I am confused...
