Is device dependant, but playing actual music isn't a big deal and doesn't take alot of resources....But streaming Youtube videos would be.

You can play music or podcasts, but if you are doing a timed shot (timelapse), I don’t think that there is a way to turn off the shutter sound without turning volume all the way down, which would inhibit you from listening to music. Other thank doing a timelapse, you should be good.
