I get this message when using POI mode. Why?

Ok, i try itTurn off all background apps, cellular / WiFi connections and make sure that the phone is not hot. The OS will slow down the CPU if the temperature is too high.
I had the issue once on my iPad Mini before the recent update. What did the trick for me was closing all running windows by double clicking the home button and dragging them off the screen.
Problem hasn’t shown up again.
Hi, I use iPhone6 (meaning, even slower than 6S) and as soon phone is in an Airplane mode, I do not get CPU overload messages. Also I make sure phone is fully charged, because if my iPhone is like below 30% charged, it slows its CPU.iPhone 6S _ Yes it´s in the list

That isn’t really true, after a minute or so backgrounded apps are put in a frozen state (so that they can be quickly resumed) and unloaded from ram.iOS never completely stops apps running in the background. Double click the home button, and swipe up on all the apps you don’t need for flying.
But surely they are not active in Air plane mode?
