I am trying to get the DJI simulator on my computer. I have downloaded it and the button is on the front of my computer - but when I try to open it it wants me to 'login to your account first'. There is a TINY page for logging in - and I mean tiny, it is no bigger than my thumbnail and even with my glasses on AND a magnifying glass I cannot read a single word of what is in the little white form in the middle of the screen. I have tried to enlarge it on my screen, but the screen will not enlarge.

Anyone got any ideas of how to open the simulator please? What is it I am supposed to be 'logging in' to? It doesn't make it clear.

I am sorry to be so computer illiterate. I don't use one for work.

Pressing CTRL + repeatedly will enlarge the text. Pressing CTRL - will reduce the size. Press CTRL 0 (that’s a zero) will restore to default size.

No it doesn't, that is what I tried when I said 'I have tried to enlarge the form'... on that front page of the simulator it does nothing.

Well you might not have one... but if you have one of their products and use it you would have had to create one to activate it.

I have a mk1 Air, but I didnt know I had made an account - it was over a year ago, how am I meant to remember that? !!!
Of course, it is entirely possible that 'I' didn't make the account. I had help to get it going, so maybe the chap that got it running for me did it and I didn't realise.

On the main screen of Fly (before camera view), select Profile. At the top left will be your nickname. Click on that and you'll see your account details. Usually the login will be your email address. If you forgot your password, you may need to reset it on DJI's website.

Thanks guys - I have had to download another load of 'simulator', but it is a trial version. I don't know if it is time limited, if it is I will probably run out of time before I work out how to use it! I have made a new password, I hope I can remember it, although I think this confuser remembers it for me.

Next up, to get the controller linked up, I am not sure I have a long enough wire. We'll see. I shall keep you poosted, thank you for your help.
