Air 2 More Dam Flights

Got inspired by @Palerider and decided to fly over Morris Reservoir on 12.12.20 and Castaic Lake on 12.13.20. Here's what I came up with.

Looks like California is drying up. How far is the lake down? Looks like 20-25 feet.

Since you're in the area..have you ever thought of video of the water cascades near the 5 freeway. It's quite a sight when the water is flowing.

I live in Canyon Country and drive by it every day on my way home. It's been dry for a few months now. I noticed they were doing some work on it a couple of weeks ago. As soon as it starts flowing again I'll give it a try.

Very cool stuff. I am familiar with Morris. Interesting that flying around the dam wasn't "a bust". Post 9-11, activity near many dams became harder.
