Motor not powering on after replacement - Mavic Air 2

Hello all
I hard crashed my drone and broke two of the wings. I then ordered two new parts from cloudcity and attempted installing them myself.
I was successful in replacing the rear hinge and routing the wires, however, after I installed the new wings, their led lights came on however the motors did not dance at boot up.
All 4 LED lights went red.

To trouble shoot whether the new motors are bad, I soldered on the broken ones, those as well did not dance on boot up.

I believe I might have damaged the ESC board during soldering. Is there a way I can confirm whether I damaged it? For example, can I use the volt meter is some way to confirm?

I did confirm the new motors beep when I test for closed circuit.

I actually worked on reattaching 3 wings.
The red areas did not power the motors.
The green area powered the motor just fine.

I had to work on the 3rd to replace its broken hinge

It's possible that the board may be damaged, or you have cold solders on there. No offense but that board looks a mess. It could be the camera though. Out of curiosity, what is your experience level with soldering? I've learned a great many things but I still consider myself an amateur. Don't keep the iron in place too long, setup your iron to achieve the results you are looking for (tip, temperature, solder type) instead of trying to get results out of an incorrect setup. Practice, practice, practice.

I took no offense! That was my first time ever.
I believe I had rested the tip long on the board. Also it was difficult breaking the initial solder.

How long should a 350C top be held on the board? For example, to break off the initial solder, I had to go up to 5 seconds if not more.
 
Different solder will have different melting points, alloys, non alloys. Solder alloys come eutectic, some not; some with narrow melting ranges, some with wide melting ranges. The alloys can be Lead (Pb) based; Gold (Au) based; Tin (Sn) based or Indium (In) based, among others. Indeed let your tip melt the solder, some times a higher temp on the iron can melt the solder quicker instead of staying on the PCB for too long. The tip can also vary melting times as well. It's a balancing act. There are some hard and fast rules about soldering but it's definitely a learned trade. Hit up YouTube for help. Awesome videos on there with great closeups.
