Motor problem? Can't take off, banks to the side

I haven't used my MA for a few months, took it out today and it won't take off. As I increase thrust, it banks left (so more lift from right hand side than left). If I insist, it will stop as left props hit the grass.

I did have a minor crash with it a few months ago. One prop broke, I've checked and replaced it and another which looked suspicious. I've also swapped the props over and the banking still occurs to the left suggesting it's not a propellor issue but a motor or something else. I also have the impression that it needs more thrust to get it to lift (motor noise pitch is higher).

I've had a good look and geometry and alignment appears OK.

Any ideas? It's less than a year old so could take it back and ask for a warranty check?

Hi there and welcome to Mavic Pilots!
Buddy, you have the wrong props on!!
Carefully look the the props and their orientation.
Counter rotating props, diagonally apart.
You shouldn't really, be able to fit wrong props to the wrong motors, but this has come up a bit lately?224801go3hov5vhmvre3bh.png

Thank you Simmo for the welcome :)

I feel so stupid! I had noticed the marked and unmarked rotors, but all props currently fitted are the unmarked ones. And they did fit far too easily. Taking them off is harder.

Teaches me right and I'm always one saying RTFM too!
