How does flying in the mountains affect your drone settings at sea level?

Thank you for your comment. It should not affect the settings at all. The controller and app give the same indications whether at sea level or higher up. It always shows in relation to take off spot. Some of this showed a height as a minus figure, but as I could see the drone I knew it was safe.
