MP 2 Pro with Smart Controller no picture

Over the last week, I’ve started to have an issue where the smart controller connects with the drone but no picture shows up on the screen. It flies fine but doesn’t connect to the camera. Any thoughts?

Check to make sure camera is not pointing straight down. This happened to me once. Don't know if the C2 button I'd set for Camera Up/Down was accidentally pushed on booting SC.

Could always try a factory reset of the SC, or repair of the craft?

Funny you should say that, my SC did that to me last week. I turned it off and on a couple of times and it came back all fine. I thought I'd left the gimble lock on but hadn't.

Mine did that too. Restarting the SC fixed it.

Had that 2 times.
As said, restart the SC and it worked fine.

I am not sure, if it somehow relates to the sequence you boot up. I got the impression that you should power on the SC and then the drone, which normally works flawlessly. Could be imagination but if I turned on both nearly at the same time, I got the black screen too. Could be pure coincidence and some problem with handshake what-so-ever ...

But as said, rebooting the SC always worked so far.

Thx for responding. I did notice that starting the SC first seems to solve this.
