MPP for professional use.

If a real estate agent wanted to use you to get photos/videos for their business, do you need to get a certificate or something (forgive my daftness as I have no idea).

This is in the US.
 
Mavic Pro takes a lot of experimentation to get results that you want. Having a photography background will help. Watch YouTube videos for obtaining the best results.

I think the Mavic 2 with the larger sensor will put it on Par with Phantom 4 series.
 
I'm not a professional photographer but I'm very happy with the results of the stills I have taken so far during flight :)
The good quality of the camera amazes me since this is a really "small" camera compared to my Canon 5D.
A couple of days after I got my MPP I shot these stills.
Since then I have aquired a range of ND filters and I'm looking forward to shot similar stills the next time we are in the same region.

Realize that ND filters do nothing to improve photo quality. They’re only used to slow the shutter speed down to get motion blur in videos.
