Yes, It's mostly mp3s but you can use them in whatever video editor you have I would think. As long as it allows you to import/add tracks to your clips.

I found www.soundimage.org. It has some great clips that are royalty free. The site is supported by donations, I made a small donation and downloaded several clips.

Thanks everyone, I've been searching for royalty free music since Photodex left cyberspace. Most sites are too expensive.

Plus I think with Ben Sounds it's $50 for a forever license with no attribution for all his music which is a pretty good deal.
